Charges with ELTA Courier
• Heraklion:
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg, the charge is 3.10€ and for each additional kg +1€.

• Prefectures of Chania-Lassithi-Rethymnon:
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg, the charge is 3.40€, and for each additional kg +1€.

• Rest of Greece, including islands and inaccessible destinations:
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg, the charge is 3.50,€ and for each additional kg +1€.

Additional Charges
• Shipping by COD (cash, check), the charge is +3€. The allowed limit for cash on delivery is 60€*. From 60€ and above the payment is made only by Other Payment Methods

*Certain products or cases are excluded, where different payment terms may apply, as indicated on the respective product pages.

Arrival Times and Methods of Delivery/Pickup
• Upon completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier*, you will be sent an email or SMS, or Viber message with the Shipping Code.
• Orders usually arrive in your area, except in exceptional circumstances, and depending on the destination and season, the next or after 2-4 working days after their dispatch from our store.
• If you wish, you can pick up your order from the ELTA Courier or Post Office in your area using the delivery code we have sent you.

Important updates!
a) Please be aware that, as our store is located in Heraklion, Crete, all orders from outside Crete and Attica will first arrive at the Elta Courier sorting centers in Attica before being transferred to your destination. 

b) In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. By clicking here you can find out about the stores that serve your area and the way of delivery or collection from the box.

c) Order shipments from our store are carried out within the timeframes stated on our website. During peak periods (such as sales, Christmas, Easter, or the tourist season), or in cases of exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, delays in ferry transportation, or adverse weather conditions), delays may occur that are not related to the operation of our store but rather due to increased workload on our partner courier services.
