!Shipping can also be done via a courier service of your preference, upon prior arrangement with our store.
However, delivery costs and times for courier companies other than our partner ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki, and BOX NOW are not within our responsibility! Click HERE to see the steps you need to follow.

Shipping
• All orders are prepared and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis within 1 to 5 working days, from the day of order or payment by bank transfer/IRIS. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the notes so that we can take our turn accordingly. Orders are executed Monday to Friday from 09:00-14:00.*

• Our products are sent in Greece via ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki and BOX NOW.

• Orders shipped to Cyprus are delivered via BOX NOW or any other courier company of your choice, upon prior arrangement with our store. However, the cost and delivery times of courier services other than our partners are not our responsibility!

*From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.

Bulky parcels
Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.

Order dispatch from our store is carried out within the timeframes mentioned above. During peak periods (such as sales, Christmas, Easter, or the tourist season), or in cases of exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, delays in ferry transportation, or adverse weather conditions), delays may occur that are not related to the operation of our store but rather due to increased workload on our partner courier services.
