Shipping and Charges

Charges with ELTA Courier
• Heraklion:
– Free pick up from the store.
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 3.10€ and for each additional kg +1€.

• Prefectures of Chania-Lassithi-Rethymnon:
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 3.40€ and for each additional kg +1€.

• Rest of Greece, including islands and inaccessible destinations:
– For parcels weighing up to 2 kg the charge is 3.50€ and for each additional kg +1€.

Additional Charges
• Shipping by COD (cash, check) the charge is 3€.

Shipping
• Our products are sent via ELTA Courier.

• It is possible for your orders to be shipped by the transport company of your choice after informing our store. The cost and delivery times of other transport companies other than Elta Courier are not affected by our responsibilities.

•The delivery of the finished products takes place from our store:
– For the city of Heraklion the same day or the next day of the order. Also for the residents of Heraklion, there is the possibility of free collection from the store.
– For the rest of Greece, the same day or between 2 to 5 working days, except for the unexpected, from the day of the order or its payment with the option of depositing in a bank account.
– If your order is urgent, please inform us in the notes, so that we can act accordingly.
- Your orders usually arrive in your area the next day or the day after they are shipped from our store.
- You can also pick up your order from the Elta Courier store in your area with the voucher we have sent you.
- During the summer months, due to the heavy workload of Elta Courier on the islands according to their briefing, shipments are made immediately from our store, but deliveries may be delayed more than the expected 5 to 10 working days.

• In case a product is temporarily out of stock or the measures are not sufficient and the delivery is going to be delayed for a long time, we will inform you immediately. If the delay exceeds 5 working days, the order will remain pending and we will contact you about the expected time of availability of the product, replacement, or cancellation of the order.• Executions of orders take place Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m.

• Upon completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier, we send you an email with the tracking number of your parcel, to monitor its progress on its site ELTA Courier. You can also be informed about the progress of the shipment by calling the ELTA Courier phone number 11120, using the code we have sent you in your email or a message on your mobile phone.

• In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered by the ELTA in your area or you can pick them up from the ELTA branch with the code we have sent you.

• Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.

• From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.
