• Our products are sent via ELTA Courier. Find out more about the Charges here.

• It is possible for your orders to be shipped by the transport company of your choice after informing our store. The cost and delivery times of other transport companies other than Elta Courier are not affected by our responsibilities.

• All orders are prepared and shipped on a first come, first served basis from 1 to 5 working days, from the day of order or payment by bank transfer/IRIS. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the notes so that we can take our turn accordingly. Orders are executed Monday to Friday from 09:00-14:00. Upon completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier*, you will be sent an email or SMS, or Viber message with the Shipping Code.

• For the city of Heraklion there is the possibility of free collection from the store.

*From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.

Bulky parcels
Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.

Arrival Times and Methods of Delivery/Pickup
Orders usually arrive in your area, except in exceptional circumstances and depending on the destination and season, the next or after 2-4 working days after their dispatch from our store.
If you wish, you can pick up your order from the ELTA Courier or Post Office in your area using the delivery code we have sent you.

Important updates!
a) Please be aware that, as our store is located in Heraklion, Crete, all orders from outside Crete and Attica will first arrive at the Elta Courier sorting centers in Attica before being transferred to your destination.

b) In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. By clicking here you can find out about the stores that serve your area and the way of delivery or collection from the box.

c) The dispatch of the orders from our store is immediate, but during peak periods (sales period / Christmas / Easter / Easter/tourist season) or strikes the delivery to your place may be delayed more than the expected time due to the heavy workload of transport and shipping companies..
