II. RETURN - CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns due to withdrawal (change of mind) of fabrics cut under the measure will NOT BE ACCEPTED, because it is not possible to reintegrate them into the rest of the quilt, as well as into discounted and seasonal products.
–You can cancel your order before the cutting of the fabrics and after 2 hours have passed since the cutting. If payment has been made, the money will be returned to you.

–In case of proven fault of yfasmatakoumarelis.gr or real defects of the products (eg textile defect), you have the right to return the products you bought, after a photo or video demonstrating the defect has been sent, and request their replacement or refund. From our side, we will examine very carefully the returned products as soon as we receive them in our store and we will inform you immediately by phone or by e-mail. In these cases, the cost is borne by yfasmatakoumarelis.gr. If the products do not have a defect and no error has been made by yfasmatakoumarelis.gr, they will be returned to the sender at his own expense, while the cost of shipping to yfasmatakoumarelis.gr will be charged.
– We are not responsible for, nor do we replace products that are damaged by misuse without complying with its specifications. The composition, characteristics, and care of each product are stated on the page of each product. For any questions, you can contact the store.

–According to Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament, if you have purchased a product or service online or in-store (by telephone, by mail order, or from a home seller), you have the right (cancellation) to cancel the order or part of it and refund your money within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as well as the choice of return method. The product must be in its original condition, free of defects, and be accompanied by proof of retail sale. In case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

III. TERMS OF SALE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

1. FIELD OF APPLICATION

These terms of sale govern the sale of products from the website of yfasmatakoumarelis.gr ("Company") to you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order through the yfasmatakoumarelis.gr website. By placing an order for the purchase of products through our website, you declare that you agree with the application of the specific terms of sale.

2. DRAWING A CONTRACT

All our products are listed with the legal VAT.

4. PAYMENT
You can make the payment of your order by credit or debit card, cash on delivery, and bank deposit.

5. SHIPMENT
Our products are sent via ELTA Courier. The order can be sent by the respective shipping company of your choice, after our information. The delivery of the finished products takes place:
- For the city of Heraklion on the same day or the next day of the order. Also, for the residents of Heraklion, there is the possibility of free collection from the store.
– For the rest of Greece the shipping time ranges between 2 to 5 working days, except for the unexpected, from the day of the order or its payment with the option of depositing in a bank account.
In case a product is temporarily out of stock or the measures are not sufficient, we inform you immediately.
– If your order is urgent, please inform us in the notes, so that we can act accordingly.

Shipping may be delayed by 2 to 5 working days if the product is temporarily out of stock. If the delay exceeds the stipulated time, the order remains pending and we will contact you for the expected availability time of the product, the replacement, or cancellation of the order.
Executions of orders take place Monday to Friday, 09:00 am. to 2:00 pm.
In case a product is temporarily out of stock or the measures are not sufficient and the delivery is going to be delayed for a long time, we will inform you immediately. If the delay exceeds 5 working days, the order will remain pending and we will contact you about the expected time of availability of the product, replacement, or cancellation of the order.
With the completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier, you send an e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel, to follow the progress on its site ELTA Courier. You can also be informed about the progress of the shipment by calling the ELTA Courier phone number 11120, using the code we have sent you in your email or a message on your mobile phone.
In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered by the ELTA in your area or you can pick them up from the ELTA branch with the code we have sent you.
Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.
From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.

6. DELIVERY
Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
The goods are delivered without undue delay, but definitely within 15 calendar days of their order.
From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.
If the delivered products do not pass either through the customer's door or staircase or because the customer was not accessible to the specified delivery address, the customer bears the cost for the unsuccessful delivery.
