Fabrics Cut to Measure & Special Products
• Fabrics cut to measure, as well as discounted products, filling materials, or seasonal items, are cut or prepared to order according to the customer's specifications. Each piece or batch is unique and cannot be rejoined or reused; therefore, it cannot be returned after cutting or preparation.
Non-Collection of Orders
• If a fully paid order is returned to us because it was not collected, no refund will be issued. However, we can resend the order for an additional shipping fee if you wish.
• For orders with in-store pickup, collection is only possible after full payment. If the order is not collected, the amount will not be refunded. Fabrics and special products are cut or prepared to order; each piece or batch is unique and cannot be rejoined or reused, and therefore cannot be returned after cutting or preparation.
Non-Collection with Cash on Delivery
• In the case of an order not being collected without a valid, proven reason, your customer code will be registered in our system. For any future order, if you choose Cash on Delivery, this option will not be available, and payment will need to be made via bank transfer or IRIS Payments.
Return & Product Usage Instructions
• Products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the receipt or invoice and their packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by us only in case of our fault or defect. We are not responsible for and cannot replace products that have been damaged due to improper or incorrect use. Defective Products or Our Mistakes
• If a proven defect occurs (e.g., weaving problem) or an error is made on our part, you have the right to a return after sending us a photo or video showing the issue. You may request a replacement or a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the receipt of products purchased remotely (online, by phone, mail order, or at home), except for fabrics cut to measure and the special products mentioned above.

IIb. Cancellations Policy
If your order is placed by 14:00, you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing it.
Orders placed after 15:00 can be canceled until 10:00 of the next business day.
To cancel, please call +306940906687 or send an email to info@yfasmatakoumarelis.gr.
After placing your order, within half an hour to one hour you will receive a confirmation message informing you that your order has been received and is being prepared for packaging and shipment.
From the moment you receive this message, the cancellation window has expired.
If you cancel before the fabric is cut and within the cancellation window, your payment will be refunded in full in case of prepayment.
If the cancellation is made after the fabric has been cut or after the cancellation window has passed, cancellation and refunds are not possible. Fabrics are cut to order and are considered products made according to the customer's specifications; therefore, they cannot be returned after cutting.
Note about Cash on Delivery:
If you have chosen cash on delivery and cancel after the fabric has been cut, the store reserves the right to request compensation for the cutting cost, as the product cannot be resold.
III. TERMS OF SALE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
1. FIELD OF APPLICATION
These terms of sale govern the sale of products from the website of yfasmatakoumarelis.gr ("Company") to you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order through the yfasmatakoumarelis.gr website. By placing an order for the purchase of products through our website, you declare that you agree with the application of the specific terms of sale.
2. DRAWING A CONTRACT

If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package. In this case, for each shipment confirmation, a separate purchase agreement is concluded between us for the products mentioned in the respective shipping confirmation. Regardless of the right of withdrawal by paragraph II, you can cancel your order for a product at any time, before receiving a shipping confirmation, if the company agrees.

All our products are listed with the legal VAT.
4. PAYMENT
You can make the payment of your order by credit or debit card, cash on delivery, bank deposit, IRIS Payments, or payment in our store.
5. SHIPMENT
• Our products are sent in Greece via ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki and BOX NOW. Find out more about the Charges here.
• Orders shipped to Cyprus are delivered via BOX NOW or any other courier company of your choice, upon prior arrangement with our store. However, the cost and delivery times of courier services other than our partners are not our responsibility!
• Shipping can also be done via a courier service of your preference, upon prior arrangement with our store.
However, delivery costs and times for courier companies other than our partner ELTA Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki, and BOX NOW are not within our responsibility! Click HERE to see the steps you need to follow.
• For the city of Heraklion, there is the possibility of free collection from the store.
• All orders are prepared and shipped on a first come, first served basis from 1 to 5 working days, from the day of order or payment by bank transfer/IRIS. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the notes so that we can take our turn accordingly. Orders are executed Monday to Friday from 09:00-14:00.
*From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.
Important update!
Order dispatch from our store is carried out within the timeframes mentioned above. During peak periods (such as sales, Christmas, Easter, or the tourist season), or in cases of exceptional circumstances (such as strikes, delays in ferry transportation, or adverse weather conditions), delays may occur that are not related to the operation of our store but rather due to increased workload on our partner courier services.
Bulky parcels
Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.
Arrival Times and Methods of Delivery/Pickup
• Upon completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier*, you will be sent an email or SMS, or Viber message with the Shipping Code.
• Orders usually arrive in your area, except in exceptional circumstances, and depending on the destination and season, the next or after 2-4 working days after their dispatch from our store.
• If you wish, you can pick up your order from the ELTA Courier or Post Office in your area using the delivery code we have sent you.
• Please be aware that, as our store is located in Heraklion, Crete, all orders from outside Crete and Attica will first arrive at the Elta Courier sorting centers in Attica before being transferred to your destination.
• In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. • Pick up from a Box Now automated locker — whenever it suits you, even at night!
• Locker retention time: 72 hours
• Greece Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days for Mainland Greece from the day of pickup from the locker, and 3–4 business days for the Islands..
• Cyprus Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 working days from the day of pickup from the locker.
• The dispatch of orders from our store is carried out within the estimated timeframes stated on our website. However, the delivery time estimated by BOX NOW may vary depending on the geographic area, local locker availability, and/or the workload of the courier network. During peak periods (such as sales, holidays, or the tourist season), or in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. such as strikes, delays in ferry transportation, or adverse weather conditions), minor delays may occur that are beyond our control.

• Please be aware that, as our store is located in Heraklion, Crete, all orders from outside Crete and Attica will first arrive at the Geniki Taxydromiki sorting centers in Attica before being transferred to your destination.
6. Availability of products
1) Instant Dispatch
The product is ready for delivery and is shipped on the same day or the day after the order or payment with the option of bank deposit/IRIS payments.
• If you place an order on a product that is listed as On Stock and receive an email that: ''the quantity of the product you have selected is not sufficient in stock'', it means that this is a standard product, which is constantly being replenished in our warehouse. Unless unexpectedly, the product is again available in stock within 1 to 2 working days after it is exhausted. If you place the order and the product is out of stock, we will inform you that there is not enough in stock and when a new delivery is expected. Once we receive it, the order is shipped immediately.
2) Shipment in 2-5 working days
The product is not always ready to be delivered to the store, for this reason, there is a time frame of 2-5 working days for shipping.
3) Upon Order
The product is not ready for delivery in the store and is only shipped upon order within 2-5 working days after the order is placed.
4) Not Available
If a product is Unavailable or the measures you need are not sufficient, you can contact us by phone at 6948804534 or email info@yfasmatakoumarelis.gr so that we can inform you about the availability. If the delivery is going to be delayed long enough or there is no longer availability at the supplier, we will inform you immediately. If the delay exceeds 5 working days, the order remains pending and we will contact you about the expected time of product availability, replacement, or cancellation of the order.
Important Update!
• If you place an order on a product that is shown as readily available and are informed that the quantity of the product you have selected is not sufficient in stock as the system has not had time to update it and the supplier has sold out the product, you can proceed to purchase the remaining quantity, replace the product or cancel the order.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. The goods are delivered without undue delay, but definitely within 15 calendar days of their order.
From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.
If the delivered products do not pass either through the customer's door or staircase or because the customer was not accessible to the specified delivery address, the customer bears the cost for the unsuccessful delivery.

8. WARRANTY ABOUT PRODUCTS DELIVERED
We are obliged to deliver the products ordered by you with their agreed properties and without real defects, according to articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code.
