II. RETURN - CANCELLATION POLICY

• Returns due to withdrawal (change of mind) of fabrics cut under the measure will NOT BE ACCEPTED, because it is not possible to reintegrate them into the rest of the quilt, as well as into discounted, comfort and seasonal products.
• You can cancel your order before the cutting of the fabrics has taken place and after half an hour has passed since the order was placed, by phone at 2810 333559 during opening hours or by e-mail at info @yfasmatakoumarelis.gr. If payment has been made, the money will be returned to you. If you have placed your order after 18:00 pm, you can cancel it until 10:00 am of the next working day.

• In case of proven fault of yfasmatakoumarelis.gr or real defects of the products (eg textile defect), you have the right to return the products you bought, after a photo or video demonstrating the defect has been sent, and request their replacement or refund. The items must be in their initial condition and be accompanied by the retail sales receipt/or invoice and the packaging papers. From our side, we will examine very carefully the returned products as soon as we receive them in our store and we will inform you immediately by phone or by e-mail. In these cases, the cost is borne by yfasmatakoumarelis.gr. If the products do not have a defect and no error has been made by yfasmatakoumarelis.gr, they will be returned to the sender at his own expense, while the cost of shipping to yfasmatakoumarelis.gr will be charged.
• We are not responsible for, nor do we replace products that are damaged by misuse without complying with its specifications. The composition, characteristics, and care of each product are stated on the page of each product. For any questions, you can contact the store.

4. PAYMENT
You can make the payment of your order by credit or debit card, cash on delivery, bank deposit, IRIS Payments, or payment in our store.

5. SHIPMENT

• It is possible for your orders to be shipped by the transport company of your choice after informing our store. The cost and delivery times of other transport companies other than Elta Courier are not affected by our responsibilities.
•The delivery of the finished products takes place from our store:
– For the city of Heraklion the same day or the next day of the order. Also for the residents of Heraklion, there is the possibility of free collection from the store.
– For the rest of Greece, the same day or between 2 to 5 working days, except for the unexpected and depending on the order load,, from the day of the order or its payment with the option of depositing in a bank account.
– All orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. If your order is urgent, please inform us in the notes, so that we can act accordingly.
- Your orders usually arrive in your area the next day or the day after they are shipped from our store.
- You can also pick up your order from the Elta Courier store in your area with the voucher we have sent you.
- In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. - During the summer months, due to the heavy workload of Elta Courier on the islands according to their briefing, shipments are made immediately from our store, but deliveries may be delayed more than the expected 5 to 10 working days.
• Executions of orders take place Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. at 2:00 p.m.
• Upon completion of the delivery of the order to ELTA Courier, we send you an email with the tracking number of your parcel, to monitor its progress on its site ELTA Courier. You can also be informed about the progress of the shipment by calling the ELTA Courier phone number 11120, using the code we have sent you in your email or a message on your mobile phone.
• Bulky parcels are sent by a transport company, while payment is made only by bank deposit.
• From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.

6. Availability of products

• If you place an order on a product that is listed as On Stock and receive an email that: ''the quantity of the product you have selected is not sufficient in stock'', it means that this is a standard product, which is constantly being replenished in our warehouse. Unless unexpectedly, the product is again available in stock within 1 to 2 working days after it is exhausted. If you place the order and the product is out of stock, we will inform you that there is not enough in stock and when a new delivery is expected. Once we receive it, the order is shipped immediately.
• If a product is Unavailable or the measures you need are not sufficient, you can contact us by phone at 2810333559 or email info@yfasmatakoumarelis.gr so that we can inform you about the availability. If the delivery is going to be delayed long enough or there is no longer availability at the supplier, we will inform you immediately. If the delay exceeds 5 working days, the order remains pending and we will contact you about the expected time of product availability, replacement, or cancellation of the order.
• If you place an order on a product that is shown as readily available and are informed that the quantity of the product you have selected is not sufficient in stock as the system has not had time to update it and the supplier has sold out the product, you can proceed to purchase the remaining quantity, replace the product or cancel the order.

7. DELIVERY
Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. In areas where there are no ELTA Courier branches, your orders are delivered or picked up by you from the ELTA store with the code we have sent you. When the order arrives in your area you receive an SMS or Viber from the ELTA on the registered mobile phone. The goods are delivered without undue delay, but definitely within 15 calendar days of their order.
From the moment of delivery of the order to the courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient due to the courier company falling under their terms of use.
If the delivered products do not pass either through the customer's door or staircase or because the customer was not accessible to the specified delivery address, the customer bears the cost for the unsuccessful delivery.
