1. Cash on delivery

Payment in cash (COD) upon delivery of your order to your address via the courier representative.

• Cash on delivery is available only for shipments within Greece* and includes an additional fee of +€3 for orders shipped via ELTA Courier and General Freight Transport companies. For shipping and COD charges applied by the selected courier company, yfasmatakoumarelis.gr bears no responsibility and does not determine third-party carrier fees.

• The maximum allowable amount for cash on delivery is €60*. For orders of €60 and above, payment is available only via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or IRIS Payments.

• Cash on delivery is not available for orders issued with an invoice (business purchases). For invoice orders, payment must be completed in advance via card, bank transfer, or IRIS Payments.

• In case of non-collection of the order without a serious and documented reason, the cash on delivery option may be disabled for future orders, and ONLY by depositing it into a bank account with IRIS Payments.

• In the case of a return shipment with cash on delivery due to non-collection, any reshipment of the order will be carried out upon payment of the value of the products, as well as the costs of the original shipment, the return shipment, and the new shipping fees. Payment is made via depositing it into a bank account with IRIS Payments.

• *For shipments to Cyprus and to countries within the European Union, the payment of your order is made before shipment only by payment by credit / debit card or deposit to a bank account.
