Payment Policy

The available payment methods at yfasmatakoumarelis.gr are the following:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Payment in cash upon delivery of your order to your address via the courier service.

• Cash on delivery is subject to an additional charge of +€3 for shipments via ELTA Courier and General Freight Transport. Any additional shipping costs are determined by the respective courier companies.

• Cash on delivery is available for orders up to €60. For orders above €60, payment is only available via card, bank transfer, or IRIS Payments.

• Cash on delivery is not available for orders issued with an invoice (business orders), which must be paid in advance.

• In case of non-receipt of the order without a serious reason, the cash on delivery option may be disabled for future orders.

Card Payments

We accept credit, debit, and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover), as well as Masterpass payments.

Transactions are processed securely via the Alpha e-Commerce system of Alpha Bank. The store does not store or have access to your card details.

Bank Transfer

Payment can be made via bank transfer to the following accounts:

Payment must be completed within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

In case of transfer from another bank, transfer fees are borne by the sender.

IRIS Payments

Payments via IRIS can be made using Tax ID: 031148088 or by scanning the QR code.

Payment is completed through mobile banking and must include your full name and order number for identification purposes.

Payment must be completed within 3 working days.

International Orders

For shipments within the European Union, payment must be completed in advance via bank transfer or other available prepayment methods.
