Cancellations Policy

If your order is placed by 14:00, you can cancel it within 1 hour of placing it.

Orders placed after 15:00 can be canceled until 10:00 of the next business day.

Within 1 hour of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message informing you that your order has been received and is being prepared for packaging and shipment.

From the moment you receive this message, the cancellation window has expired.

If you cancel before the fabric is cut and within the cancellation window, your payment will be refunded in full in case of prepayment.

If the cancellation is made after the fabric has been cut or after the cancellation window has passed, cancellation and refunds are not possible because the fabric cannot be returned to the bolt, which causes financial loss to us.

Note about Cash on Delivery:
If you have chosen cash on delivery and cancel after the fabric has been cut, the store reserves the right to request compensation for the cutting cost, as the product cannot be resold.
